Not completely happy? You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange any unworn piece — no questions asked.
How it works
1. Contact client care or start a return from your account.
2. Pack the piece in its original condition with tags attached.
3. Use the prepaid label we send you — returns are always free.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving at our studio. Exchanges ship as soon as the return is scanned by the carrier.
